Sweet Lassi - Thayir innipu

Ingredients:

Curd/Yoghurt - 1 cupSugar - Cheeni/Sarkarai - 1 table spoon

Method:

Rinse curd using hand blender. Add sugar to it and mix it well. This can be had as a dessert item or during any time.
Sweet lassi is ready to be served. This is for one serving. This requires 5 minutes to prepare.

Note: This is very good for health. Yoghurt should not be too sour. This is added to fruits and we get readymade in shops.

Optional: Ingredients can be added/removed

Red meat is not bad for you. Now blue-green meat, that's bad for you
