Mango milkshake - Mambazha kulirbanam

HAPPY COOKING

Ingredients:

Mango (Ripe) - Mambazham - 1 no.
Milk - Pal - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - Thirattu pal - 1/2 cup
Sugar - Sarkarai - 2 table spoons

Method:

Wash and remove the skin from mango and remove the seed from it. Add sugar, milk, condensed milk and blend it.

Coollllllllllllllllll mango milk shake is ready to be served. It can be served for 1. It takes some 5 minutes to prepare.

Note: Use fresh ripe mangoes. Some kind of mangoes may not be good for milk shakes. Select and use.

Optional: Add some ice or ice cream of your choice. It can be served on the top of this and served.
